How a food hall works

  1. 1. Walk in and grab a table — seating is shared.
  2. 2. Order at whichever counters you want. Each takes its own order and payment.
  3. 3. Collect your food and eat together.
  4. 4. Dessert and drinks are in the same building, so nobody has to drive anywhere for boba.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is Niu Mama Kitchens?

How many restaurants are inside?

Five: Lao Ma Dumplings, Akai Hana Express, Kimchi Xpress, Sumo Dogs, and Sumo Snow Express.

Can everyone in my group order from a different restaurant?

Yes — that's the whole idea. Each counter takes its own order and you bring it all back to the same table.

Is there shared seating?

Is the food hall family-friendly?

Yes. Families, groups and kids are all welcome.

Do you offer takeout?

Can I order online?

Yes. Each concept takes online orders through its own page — pick the counter you want and you'll go straight to its ordering page.

Is parking available?

Free parking in the shared plaza lot.

Do you offer vegetarian choices?

Yes. Vegetable dumplings, tofu bowls and japchae are among the options. Ask at the counter about how items are prepared.

Are menus and hours different for each concept?

Menus are different at every counter. Hours are the same across the hall unless a concept says otherwise on its page.

How long do handmade dumplings take?

Dumplings are folded to order. During busy periods expect about 15–20 minutes.

How do I buy grab-and-go sushi?

Pick your sushi from the case, press the buzzer to call a staff member, and they'll scan it and take payment. Grab-and-go sushi isn't available on the ordering kiosk.

Do you host events?

Yes — community mornings, sports viewing, seasonal promotions and menu launches. Upcoming ones are listed on the Events page.

Do you offer catering?

Call us and we'll put something together across the concepts.
